  Jimmy Johns in general is awesome. Great food, typically very good service. The one that I go to (Lake Forest) has terrible service. I literally live a block away but do not have a car so I get it delivered. They take at least 40 minutes to get here and almost get my order wrong every time. The people are nice, but that's not what I'm looking for. They also always forget to bring a pen to sign with, put napkins in the bag, and never put a straw in there either. My boyfriend used to work for them and they treated him badly. One day I went to pick him up after work and decided I wanted to get a sandwich. They wouldn't serve me because I wasn't a priority customer because I was dating one of the employees. Really?? REALLY? I'm still a customer. I still am willing to pay.

  Service- Sucks
  DON'T GO TO THE JIMMY JOHNS IN LAKE FOREST.
